Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect on this site, what we use it for and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is the data controller

The L3Softwares website is operated by Dealaholic Unipessoal Lda (company no. 518722775), registered at Av. Dom João II, 1.7.2.1, Piso 0, Parque das Nações, 1990-096 Lisbon, Portugal, which is the controller for the personal data collected on this site. For any privacy question, contact us at info@l3softwares.com.

What data we collect

Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email, company (optional) and your message.

For spam protection, the Cloudflare Turnstile service may process technical data such as your IP address. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; we only store your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser’s local storage.

What we use the data for

We use the form data exclusively to reply to your request and, where applicable, prepare a service proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us.

Who we share the data with

No one. We do not sell, hand over or share your data with third parties for their own purposes — we use it solely to reply to your request.

The only tools that touch the data are the ones we use to run the site and receive messages: Google Workspace (where our team receives the requests) and Cloudflare (anti-spam verification). They process the data exclusively on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep the data

We keep messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and any commercial follow-up. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as to object to processing and request portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@l3softwares.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
